General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to business relationships with entrepreneurs. Sales are conducted exclusively in the B2B sector.

The products and information presented on this website do not constitute a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. They serve to provide product information and prepare individual enquiries.

A contract only comes into being through an individual offer, an order confirmation or another express written agreement.

Prices are communicated as part of an offer or order confirmation. No binding prices are stated on this website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are net prices excluding value-added tax.

Our offers take particular account of the item, quantity, project requirements, scope of delivery and current procurement situation.

In the case of larger purchase quantities, series requirements, project business or recurring demand, corresponding B2B terms may be taken into account.

The silver and gold prices included in our price calculation are based on the basis applicable on 01.06.2006. We reserve the right to apply surcharges in line with the precious metal quotation.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our prices are ex warehouse and unpacked. Shipping, packaging, transport, insurance and other ancillary costs are communicated as part of the respective offer or order confirmation.

Any surcharges for small quantities, processing or other purposes will be stated in the respective offer or order confirmation, insofar as they apply.

Bank charges outside Austria are borne by the buyer. For initial orders from new customers, we reserve the right to deliver against advance payment or cash on delivery.

The delivery period is non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The delivery period begins only on the day on which we and the customer have reached complete agreement on the order placed in technical and commercial terms and any agreed advance payments have been received by us.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, delivery is ex warehouse. Risk passes when the goods leave our warehouse.

The statutory warranty provisions applicable to business transactions with entrepreneurs apply.

No guarantee beyond this, assurance of quality or other voluntary assurance is provided unless expressly agreed in writing.

Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods within the scope of the statutory duty to inspect and give notice of defects and notify us in writing without delay of any recognisable defects.

The payment terms are agreed individually and are set out in the respective offer, the respective order confirmation or another written agreement.

The delivered goods remain our property until all claims arising from the business relationship with our customer have been paid in full.

The place of jurisdiction is the Regional Court of Wiener Neustadt.

We deliver in accordance with the applicable General Delivery Terms of the electrical industry.

Any deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms of the customer shall apply only if they have been expressly acknowledged by us in writing.
